Shipping/Handling Policy:


US orders - PLEASE be sure to select your desired shipping option on the checkout page! We ship via Fedex Express/Ground. APO/FPO/PO box ground shipments will be sent by USPS priority mail only. Fedex 1 or 2 day service ships same day when possible (order by noon eastern time). All other orders generally ship within 2 business days. 6% sales tax is applied to orders shipping within Michigan. International orders can be shipped by Fedex Express or US Postal service airmail . Transit time for Fedex shipments is typically 1-3 business days, trackable, and insured. USPS airmail is 1-2 weeks with no tracking and is not guaranteed. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost packages using the US postal service. Shipping charges are adjusted accordingly.

Return Policy:


Our products carry a 15 day satisfaction guarantee on product defects and workmanship. Items returned for refund or replacement must be in "like new" condition. All shipping charges are non refundable. Warranty is void if product has been tampered in a manner which it was not designed. Misuse, mishandling, modification will void warranty. Chillers are returnable for replacement only when defective. No refunds on chillers. Defective chillers will be replaced only under the 15 day initial satisfaction guarantee.
